Terms of Service

By downloading, installing or using Swapryn, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Subject to these terms and your active subscription, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Swapryn on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or circumvent the software's licensing.

You agree not to use Swapryn to:

• Impersonate a real person without their explicit consent.
• Create content intended to deceive, defraud, harass or defame.
• Produce non-consensual, explicit or otherwise unlawful material.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to enter into this agreement.

Swapryn is offered on monthly ($15/month) and yearly ($99/year) plans, billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. A free trial may be offered; when it ends, swapping stops until you choose a plan, and your settings are preserved.

You may cancel anytime from inside the app via "Manage subscription," which opens the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Swapryn, including its software, branding and content, is owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the images and video you process; you are solely responsible for having the rights to use them.

Swapryn is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Performance depends on your hardware; we do not guarantee any specific frame rate, quality or compatibility with every application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swapryn is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for how you choose to use the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, particularly the acceptable-use section. You may stop using Swapryn at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the app.
